"After 8 weeks of personal fitness training I am thrilled with my results. Prior to my personal training the furthest I had ever ran was around 2.5km and could think of nothing worse than spending an hour in a gym. Since starting one-on-one training twice a week my cardiovascular fitness has improved and I recently ran 10km in just over 1 hour 10 minutes.
I have also noticed a marked improvement in my muscle tone and strength. I have been educated me on how use gym equipment properly and safely, and the trainings are varied so they are challenging and fun.

When I turned 60 last year I was concerned about getting osteoporosis and had heard weight training helps ward off this condition. My other concern was that I wanted to be able to continue with my active lifestyle well into my senior years.
I used to walk for an hour five or six mornings per week prior to the commencement of training, and had never been into a gym so that environment was totally foreign to me. However, the professional attitude of the personal trainers made me feel right at home.
