Our 8 Week Quick Fit Program includes:
- One-One Personal Trainings - either 2 or 3 x week for 8 weeks with a trainer to give you full focus and close attention on YOUR aims and abilities. We will motivate you and educate you to train at your best for accelerated fitness results
- Nutrition Consultation - our one hour Nutrition Kickstart is just the thing you need to ensure your food intake is healthy and optimun health and realistic weight loss
- Off Peak Gym Membership - as a Complete Fitness client you'll receive a free Off Peak access to our gym at the Manly Pacific Hotel
- Fitness Program - we will write you a fully personalised training program tailored to your aims and abilities
- Fitness Tracking & Progress Report - our fitness assessments ensure you can track your progress and see first hand the success you are having
- Motivation and Fun - sure it's hard work but we make it great fun
