Partner sessions with your personal trainer are a great
way to get fit with a partner or friend! Fitness should be fun
and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and
motivating. It helps if you can bring your own partner,
but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and aims
we can match you up with.
We'll provide you both with a full fitness
program written specifically to meet your goals. You'll
also receive nutritional advice you need to get
great results, because what you eat and when you eat it makes a
big difference to weight loss and being healthy.
We can provide meal plans, helpful tips and reminders to keep you
on track!
There's nothing that motivates like seeing evidence
that the hard work is paying off, so we re-assess
you every two months on weight, body fat %, girth measurements,
fitness, strength, and flexibility. This ensures we can track your
progress, celebrate the gains, and update your program as required.
