Train in the comfort and privacy of our personal training studio gym right on Manly Beach, Sydney!

We are based at the rooftop gym at the Manly Pacific Hotel Sydney. It is a fully equipped aerobic and resistance training gym, and also has a pool, spa, and sauna, as well as toilet, separate change rooms, and shower facilities.

• Feel comfortable and relaxed ... we have a friendly fitness facility that isn't crowded or intimidating, and has all the equipment and benefits of trainining in a gym.


• First class facilities ... our training equipment is high quality and kept clean and well maintained. We have bikes, a rower, an elliptical machine, and a range of machine and free weights. There is also a pool, spa, and sauna for relaxing after a hard training!


• It's close to home ... the Manly Pacific Hotel is very central to Manly and has free council car parking just 3 mins walk away near the library, or in the big blue building, in the streets around the Hotel, or even paid parking right outside the front entrance.


• What a view ... the view of Manly Beach from the rooftop is spectacular! The light and openness of the gym and the outdoor area make it a perfect place to workout all year round, no matter what the weather.


• Or get outdoors ... keen for some sunshine and open spaces? We also do personal training outdoors on Manly Beach, and around the Manly and Northern Beaches area.
