Seasons greetings!

It's very much the 'silly season' from now until the end of the year, so from the team at Complete Fitness we would like to wish you a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year!

December is naturally a very social time of the year and combined with Christmas shopping and end of year parties your health and fitness can suffer. Try to keep on track by making healthy food decisions when out and about, take it easy on liquid refreshments, and don't let your training fall by the wayside! A healthy diet and good training can be a nice distraction from all the stress Christmas can bring.

We have two new programs for getting the most from your fitness training. They both involve nutrition and lifestyle change, and are a fantastic way to make sure you're eating, sleeping, and recovering correctly. There's the Nutrition Kickstart which is a one hour called the Nutrition and Lifestyle Optimisation Program, and it's designed to identify key areas in your life which could be enhanced in order to give you better results from your exercise program, give you more energy, improve your vitality and increase the performance of your body.

For more information on the new nutrition programs please click here.

We will all be away at various times over the December and Christmas period, so make sure you check with your trainer when they are available. If you are keen to keep training we will do our best to find someone else to take you during this time! Our main shut down period is the week of Christmas (starting 24th December) and the week after that (starting 31st December). Everyone is generally back to normal by mid-January!

Yours in health and fitness,
