JUNE 2007 Newsletter

Greetings!

Welcome to another newsletter from the team at Complete Fitness.

It's certainly been great weather here in Sydney.... for training indoors that is. Rain, wind, storms and big seas: you name it, we've had it!

Still it's important to keep training during these colder, wetter and darker times of the year. It's not as easy to go for a run or walk outside, so either time your sessions between breaks in the clouds or organise an indoor training option.

Some great articles this newsletter, and we're also very excited to introduce a new program that we will run. It's called the Nutrition and Lifestyle Optimisation Program, and it's designed to identify key areas in your life which could be enhanced in order to give you better results from your exercise program, give you more energy, improve your vitality and increase the performance of your body.

For more information on the new program please click here.

Yours in health and fitness,
