MARCH 2007 Newsletter

Greetings!

We hope you've had a great start to the year, it's been a busy time for everyone at Complete Fitness! We have some new faces at the gym, and a number of new subscribers to this newsletter, so welcome to everyone.

With Autumn offcially upon us it's an excellent time to get outside and train in the slightly cooler weather. It's also the beginning of the running season with a number of fun, social, or serious races coming up. There's also triathlons, swims, and soft sand running, so you have no excuse not to find something you'd like to do and train hard!

Our apologies for lateness of this newsletter, we've been having some server issues. But from now the newsletter will be a bi-monthly mail out, and we have also changed our main website domain to www.completefitness.com.au, although the old domain www.completefit.com.au will still be active.

Yours in health and fitness,

Complete Personal Fitness Training
