Keen to be fit and in shape this summer? Then the time to start is now! Dont leave it to the last minute because a good fitness program requires a decent time period to build momentum and get results.

The City to Surf is Australia's biggest fun run and is on the 13th of August. If you're keen to run or walk the 14km race it's a great day and lots of fun. Another great run is the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival which features a 3.8km family fun run, 9km, half marathon, and full marathon all going over the Harbour Bridge!
