MARCH 2006 Newsletter

Greetings!

We hope you all had a great Xmas and a well deserved holiday break. Phew, it's already March so 2006 is definitely underway and moving forward! As usual it's a very busy time of year for health and fitness, as people often make a commitment to a healthier lifestyle for the new year.

New Years resolutions can often start with great gusto, but then motivation can begin to wane so we hope your training is still on track...if not, give us a call and we will certainly be able to help!

It's building up to be an exciting year for us all here at Complete Fitness, with lots of new clients, new trainers, and some online services such as fitness programs and training guides planned for the near future. We hope you continue to enjoy the newsletters and we welcome your feedback or questions about anything to do with health and fitness!
