We find the most common problem people have with exercising is simply finding the motivation to get started! It's that hurdle of starting the walk, run, cycle or trip to the gym that a lot of people find the hardest part. Once you are out there and going strong it's actually a lot of fun and very rewarding! We reckon there's nothing like the good feeling you get from a workout, especially in the morning when it's a really positive and healthy start to the day.

It's a pleasure to welcome Susie Benton to our personal training team. Susie brings an excellent mix of energetic fitness training and sound nutritional knowledge that is ideal for people seeking weight loss and a healthy change in lifestyle. Susie is available for One-One training mornings and evenings during the week, Saturday mornings, and takes several of our Outdoor Group sessions.

Our morning classes are running on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am so if you'd like to try it out your first session is free!
