Winter officially ends today, so we must be in Spring. Great to see the warmer weather and we're all looking forward to some less chilly days over a long summer.

Congratulations to all our clients who completed the City to Surf. It was a beautiful day for a 14km run and it's a great feeling to come down the hill into Bondi at the end of it all! The Blackmores Sydney Running Festival is on very shortly and features a 3.8km family fun run, 9km, half marathon, and full marathon all going over the Harbour Bridge!
